Already at the peak of hurricane season, the weather has been quite good for enjoying some memorable activities. And here we go…
Thursday, September 18, 2025…
Pilots Edgardo Rivera, Scott Sansone, and Fio López gathered to fly at Villa Pesquera, Isabela. The weather was a bit stormy in the morning but cleared up during the afternoon.
On this occasion, Scott and Fio had good flights, but Edgardo experienced an issue with his paramotor, specifically with some fixed that didn’t go as expected. Check out the video.
Later in the day, Edgardo gave pilot Fio López the opportunity to take him flying in a tandem fly. The result was very positive, and here we see footage of the adventure. Congratulations to Fio on his accomplishments and to Edgardo for being the pilot who made this happen.

Luis Ruiz was at Villa Pesquera Beach in Isabela with his son Noah Enrique. They met up with pilots Miguel Orona and Sammy Badillo. While Noah practiced ground handling, Sammy and Miguel managed to fly despite the light wind conditions. Here are some clips…
Sunday, September 21, 2025…
We were back at Villa Pesquera, Isabela. This time, we had excellent flying conditions in the morning. We had a visit from international pilot Piotr Magpie, on his second visit to Puerto Rico. On this occasion, he disembarked from a cruise ship to fly with Luis Ruiz, and later in the afternoon returned to the cruise to continue his adventures.
Joining Piotr and Luis Ruiz for flying were Luis Antonio Cruz and his family (from Ponce), Edgardo Rivera, Sammy Badillo, and Aslin Mercado.
Edgardo made a cross fly to Arecibo, and from there was accompanied by pilots Jesus Rivera and Albert Cardona. Here are some short videos of their adventures.
It’s worth noting that in the Añasco Valley, some pilots gathered early in the morning to fly: Gregory Santiago, Berto García, José “Chey” Sánchez, Nixon Porrata, Dimas Ruiz, and Sammy Badillo. Some even flew along the coasts of Rincón and parts of Aguada.
