A Return to Cuba After 30 Years…
I traveled to Cuba after nearly 30 years since my last visit. Back then, I was there for sporting events, representing my country, Puerto Rico, in Table Tennis.
This time, however, the reason for my trip was very different. I joined Javier González and Jorge Padro as part of a humanitarian effort to help our brother country of Cuba.
Several members of the Team Kamikazes Paramotor Puerto Rico family supported this initiative by donating personal hygiene and cleaning supplies, which we distributed as we walked through the streets of Havana.
The story is much longer than what we can fit into one video, but we tried to capture some of the experiences and stories we created during our time in Havana, as well as our visit to Varadero.
And what a difference between the two places!
