The weeks of strong winds continue. This is typical for June, July, and August months, which means our flying activities are often limited. But if there’s one place that never lets us down, it’s the beautiful Lajas Valley.
Earlier in the week, we visited Isabela on Wednesday the 24th, but the weather simply wouldn’t cooperate. Several scheduled flights had to be postponed, so we took the opportunity to pick up Luis Soto’s brand-new paraglider from the post office. also we will prepare some helmets with BT comm system. Delivery to its new owner is coming soon.

Finally, at SUNRISE on Friday the 26th, Luis Ruiz and his son, Noah Enrique, headed to Lajas Valley to make the most of the calm morning conditions. Student/pilot Javier González joined them for another exciting day of flying.
Noah Enrique was completely in his element, flying with confidence and freedom. This time, Luis stepped back and focused on filming while Noah handled every part of the pre-flight routine by himself before taking off in his Liberty Airnest 1.1 paramotor and 18-meter Sky Z Blade wing. He makes it all look effortless. God bless him!
Meanwhile, Luis spent some time testing a paramotor mounted on his trike, completing a short evaluation flight. Afterward, it was Javier‘s turn to begin his very first trike training sessions. With his own personal trike expected to arrive soon, now is the perfect time to start building the skills and confidence he’ll need for the next chapter of his paramotor journey.
