A very special and unforgettable day 😄.
The beginning…
It started with an exploded tire from Luis Ruiz’s truck when he was taking the flight equipment to Villa Pesquera Isabela. That was a major concern due to the weather and time for doing the programmed schedule for the day. For this morning we had people waiting to live their flight experiences, and international pilots ready to rent equipment. All this before the weather deteriorated as the hours ticked on…😯
This happened at 8 AM in the morning, in the area of the intermittent traffic light that leads to Jobos in Isabela, at some 8 miles from Villa Pesquera. Having the Trailer attached to the truck didn’t help. It turned out that getting out of this situation took about one hour 20 minutes and could have been much worse.
It turned out that the pilot Mario Muñiz was passing by, and he had a hydraulic jack strong enough to lift the truck. Luis called his son Ian Darrell to turn around and look for a tire at his house in Aguada. The spare tire was ready for a situation like this. When Ian arrived with the tire from Aguada, Luis had already lifted the truck with Mario’s jack, and had removed the nuts. All goes smoothly, thanks God!
Then, Luis went with Ian and found a Tire Center at about 8 minutes from the place. They proceeded to put the new tire in the rim, and we get back to the truck, where everything was installed. Finally, we arrived to Villa Pesquera Isabela at 9:25 AM. And there “all” the community of pilots and friends was waiting for us…

The Morning Flights…
After Luis solved the rubber problem, when they arrived at Villa Pesquera, everyone was waiting and/or ready to fly. Luis facilitated Paramotors to the international pilots Emilio, Deron Freeman (who had just arrived from the USA) and Eliseo Nogueras Also together with his son Ian and with the assistance of Ben, they made the 4 pending Demo flights of the morning. Everyone, Amexis, Lyanne, Genesis and Josselyn had some great flying adventures in the morning.
While this was happening, the pilots Paul, Alberto, Sammy, Cheo, Ben, Ricardo and Mario were taking their flights around. At one point we felt that we created an air traffic from so many pilots flying at the same time in the place 🙂.
Around noon we began to put away our equipment, since the continuation of the activity would take us to Katelyn’s birthday at Alberto and Mercedes’ house, right there in Isabela.

There was everything at Alberto’s house, lots of food, drinks, and also, since it was hot weather, the pool was a call for all those present. And the Karaoke, not to mention 🤪.
Hermes, Pablo, Alberto and Omar were at some point in charge of the food.
Katelyn’s birthday was celebrated and she also had to break her piñata.
