After a few days of stormy skies, we returned to our work with the Team Kamikazes school carrying out training, and also managed to carry out some Introduction to the sport flights.

Luis Ruiz spent the entire day at Villa Pesquera Isabela, with the new student, Scott, doing one-on-one training. Theoretical topics and what to expect from training and progression were covered during the morning.
Later, we took advance on the excellent weather conditions for the practice of kiting different paragliders and their various reactions as part of the learning. These training sessions will continue next week and Scott looks like a very skilled student. Stay Tuned for future progression and Training…
Friday, May 30, 2025 – Introduction to Sports Flights…
Once again, Team Kamikazes Paramotor Puerto Rico met in Villa Pesquera Isabela. This time on the agenda was introductory flights to the sport, previously coordinated . Today, there’s wind, quite a bit… between 17 to 22 mph all day, so there was a natural challenge to be able to make the flights.
The pilot Edgardo Rivera was present assisting and helping Luis Ruiz with the flights to be made. Fio López, arrived but preferred not to fly due the conditions.

Both Luis and Edgardo got to work carrying out the flights early in the morning, since in the afternoon it would not be possible due to the continuous increase in the intensity of the winds. Here we present a short video that best highlights what was experienced during the day.
