Thursday, July 10, 2025 – Improbable day for Training and Introductory Flights… We goes to the Limit this time.

The winds increased in intensity again after last weekend. And this brought us to Thursday, where even though the winds were still strong, we were trying to have some flight activity in Isabela, that was previous postponed.

This time we had the visit of Robert Williams and his daughter Cali from Oklahoma, USA. They came to live their flight experiences if there’s a possibility. Also arriving were the school’s students, Scott Sansone and Shirley Hernández.

The Introductory Flights…

In the morning we had a small window of strong but possible weather to fly. Luis Ruiz managed the realization of the flights of Robert and Cali as early as possible. It was very important that Scott was assisting Luis in carrying them out. We were short on time and need to fly as soon as possible. Here we leave a short video of their experiences.

Time for Training?…

We are running short of time, knowing that in a matters of minutes it will be blowing winds around the area. Scott managed to do some paragliding practice. First with a 26 meters Paraglider. Then, when the wind got too strong, he went down to size 13 meters. Shirley was present, but given the wind intensity and her weight, we decided it was better for her not to practice and look for a better day.

Scott training in Hard Conditions…

At around 10:30 AM, it gets real hard… Look at the intensity of the winds. Time to pick ourselves up… and think that we managed to make these two flights in the morning. OMG!!!

OMG… Did we fly today?…
