The winds returned to normal (coming from East), and with this we returned to our regular activities in majestic Isabela. Specifically in the Posa de Teodoro. This time, Kent and his wife Amy arrived for their training, as well as Instructor Luis Ruiz, and the pilots, Nixon Porrata and Abdiel Galarza and his family.
Some Demo Introductory Flights…
This time, John and Arisbel arrived from Camuy to live their flight experiences. The wind was coming in at about 5 mph and the flights had to be earned on the start run. Luis was ensuring the takeoffs with his big Apco Play 42 meter Tandem paraglider.
Meanwhile, Kent was practicing, this time with a 26-meter paraglider. While Abdiel Galarza managed to fly comfortably for about 40 minutes. It was nice to see it fly after months of inactivity.
At around 2 PM the weather deteriorated and with that we ended the activity.
