After a weekend of strong winds, several pilots got together on Tuesday and Wednesday to take advantage of ideal flying conditions this time around. Let’s break it down…
Tuesday, January 27, 2026…
With excellent flying weather and northeast winds at 5–12 mph, pilots Fio López, Nixon Porrata, Albert Cardona and his girlfriend Karol, and Luis Ruiz met up at Villa Pesquera in Isabela. Everyone enjoyed a great time flying around the area.
This included Nixon, who arrived by a motorcycle, and Luis provided him with both a paramotor and a paraglider. In the case of Albert, who normally flies in the Hatillo area, he joined us that day, visiting and sharing flights with the group. Below are some videos from the day.

Once again, we had excellent weather. Luis Ruiz flew solo during the morning. After midday, just as he was getting ready to head home, pilot Scott Sansone unexpectedly arrived to fly. Luis stayed around until Scott took off. Below are some videos from that session as well.
