And finally the time came to visit Tom Myers on the island municipality of Culebra. Tom was a student at the Team Kamikazes school for October 2023, that is, 13 months. The family of Team Kamikazes pilots and their extended family took on the task of visiting Tom Myers in Culebra and this could finally be achieved this weekend from November 15 to 17, after being able to organize the issue of the vehicles they could carry Paramotors on the Ferry.

Friday, November 15, 2024 – Zoni Beach…
All the pilots spent the morning squaring their rooms and around 9:30 AM they were preparing their equipment to go flying. The meeting point was Zoni Beach. There they encountered very challenging wind conditions. Winds of 20 to 25 mph+ were the norm for the day. Fortunately, all those who attended the activity were experienced pilots with the correct equipment to fly in these conditions. Here we leave some videos of the day’s activities. Thanks to Ivonne Valdez for her great work in taking photos and videos to remember the moment.
Saturday, November 16, 2024 – Heavy rain all day…
A system of heavy rains affected all of Puerto Rico in the South, East and the islands of Culebra and Vieques. There were even major floods in the Humacao area. The pilots took the opportunity to go for a walk, they had their adventures there are some videos, but, what made in Culebra, keep on Culebra and we try to keep this story “Light”…
Sunday, November 17, 2024 – Flights in the morning and Return in the afternoon…
The morning started on Zoni Beach without wind. This allowed some of the pilots to fly, as long as they took off in zero wind.
In the afternoon it was time to return to Puerto Rico, and the stories continued for each one. In short, an unforgettable weekend, which will surely be repeated. Blessings!!!
