We enjoyed a perfect day at Villa Pesquera, Isabela—an ideal setting for Student Day. This time, we focused on training our newest school members, Javier Cordero (from Isabela) and Alexei Makarenko (originally from Russia and now living in San Juan).
We went over more of the theoretical material and took advantage of the great conditions to intensify ground-handling practice with the paraglider.
At one point, Luis Ruiz took Alexei and his wife, Julia, on instructional tandem flights. Julia is also considering starting training soon, so the experience came at just the right moment.
