Roberto Machado and his wife Drania
Robert Rodriguez

Omar Román
Eduardo Pabon
Rubén Franco

Nelson Ramos

As we mentioned earlier, there is a lot to tell. This time we are going to enumerated the things that happened during the day. Not in any particular order.

1) The first “solo” flight of the student and now Team Kamikazes pilots, Chelo Meléndez. He had spent several weekends practicing and improving his skills by leaps and bounds and today it was his turn to try. Not only did he tried. He went flying with excellent takeoff and better landing. Chelo was very happy with his success and it wasn’t for less. Soon, there comes his son Marcos, of just 11 years old. The story of the Meléndez family in the sport is just beginning … Congratulations💪!

2) Wilma’s Surprise Birthday – It turns out that Wilma, CC’s wife, was having a birthday this week. The girls of Team Kamikazes, led by Arlene and Jessica coordinated a small surprise. Them, at the Team dinner, we also celebrated it again. Congratulations ❤️.

3) Rubén Franco and Danny Cintron, the recent students and now Team pilots, flew to exhaustion. Both with excellent takeoffs and landings. Both are very happy and enjoying the sport to the fullest.

4) “Cross” flight of CC, Juan Carlos and CC Jr. They departed from Levittown and flew all the way to meet with Team Kamikazes in Hatillo. On the way flying above Arecibo, they were joined in flight by, David, Pablo, Omar and Chey. Everyone arrived together at Hatillo and the paragliding show in the air was on another level.

5) The passenger flights realized by CC Jr. – First he took Chey as a passenger, to prove that everything was fine. Then, he took his girlfriend Ana Gabriela to fly. The flight with Ana was a challenge from the beginning since the wind was running out and they had to run hard to launch. Similarly, the landing was a delicate but well executed by CC Jr., Congratulations 💪!

6) The arrival of José Santini and his wife Zoe. Santini is ready for major challenges. Inclusive he was ready for his first “solo” flight. But the weather deteriorated and we preferred to leave it for an upcoming occasion…

7) The first wooden propeller manufactured by Ricardo, is simply a work of art. Unfortunately he could not try it due problems with his paramotor.

8) Several pilots made “Live” videos while flying the coast. Robert Rodríguez, David, CC, Omar, Chey and Eduardo made spectacular videos from above.

9) The arrival of Roberto Machado and his wife Drania from Florida to share with us on the island. Roberto, already recovered from an ankle injury, is ready to fly again. During the day he was practicing with his paraglider.

10) Little Noah Enrique, son of Luis and with just 4 and a half years old is getting stronger and more agile. He already manages to control the small paraglider BGD Seed, and with the help of his father Luis, he was flying for some seconds ❤️. Watch the video…

11) Nelson Ramos, from Hatillo is a experienced but retired pilot. He began to practice again in order to join the Team. We will keep you informed of his progress.

Here I include some photos and videos, which best describe everything lived during the day 🙂…
