Several members of the Team Kamikazes Paramotor Puerto Rico, gathered early in the morning at Villa Pesquera Isabela. The weather was clear and the winds constant, although a little stronger than expected. Still, they were within the safety zone so we could fly in the morning and maybe a little in the afternoon.
From all over the island came:
Chey Sánchez and his wife Arlene
Gregory Santiago and daughter Keyra Lis
Alberto Sabah and his wife Mercedes
José Santini and his wife Zoe
Danis Rodríguez and his nephew Angel
Juan Pagan and his wife Jenny
Danny and Joseph Rodriguez
Noel Vale
David Silva
Ariel Rodríguez
Pin Pin Castillo
Robert Rodriguez
Juan Carlos Correa
Luis Ruiz
In the morning Luis was assisting in the takeoffs of Ariel (his fifth flight !!!) and Juan Pagan, who is increasingly comfortable flying by the method of “Foot Launch”. Juan was flying over the Royal Isabela golf course and soon return to Florida, USA, to keep enjoying the sport, now in other perspective.
Later, Luis was making introductory flights to new friends from Caguas who arrived to live their experiences on the Paramotor. Alejandra and Nachali, and both were delighted with their experiences. While this was happening, also Danis, Gregory, Chey and Juan Carlos demonstrated with their flights to be great ambassadors of the sport. They all flew to Jobos Beach, where as it was July 4th, it was already quite full of tourists and people wanting to have a good time with the family. Also, Pin Pin arrived to practice kiting with the Paraglider.
Later in the afternoon the activities were closed with a flight carried out by Luis Ruiz, where he had the opportunity, as in 2019, to land next to the “Foso de Jacinto” and to record the actions of July 4 from the same beach from Jobos. The video will be prepared soon …
A “Minute of Silence” between present pilots were made in honor of Fernan Lassalle (RIP).
