From all parts of the island the family of Team Kamikazes met to share in Punta Bandera, Luquillo. Home of the illustrious Team pilot, Juan Carlos Correa. It all started with an offer during the week from Pablo Cruz and his wife Millie of making some “alcapurrias”, and to that, Juan Carlos added some ribs to the mixture. And the recipe for a great activity was prepared.

Saying present to the activity were:

There was a lot of food and drink. Everyone contributed to it. We need to say that CC, JC, Tiza, Pablo, Luis and David made important contributions 😜. Thank you!!!

Among the visits, it was nice to see Sao, a native of Ponce, who is returning as one of the pioneers of the sport. He came with Randy. And it looks like the next months and flights in La Guancha in Ponce are taking new heights again 💪. Also, there was Rubén who came from Cidra and Ted from Rincon. At first chance both started to practice hard with the paraglider in the process of accompanying us in the air as soon as possible.

As for flights, as we indicated, the space situation was difficult even for the most experienced pilots. This did not prevent Eduardo from launching early. He was followed by Chey, Omar, CC, JC, Luis, Randy, Tiza, David, Michael and CC Jr who flew all day back and forth around the surrounding places. At some point in landings, the paragliders of JC, Tiza and Randy had close encounters with the water😲. As for the distance flights, CC, JC, Eduardo and Randy, went on long flights first towards Loiza, and later in Fajardo direction.

It was a day of great of sharing and living the sport. For those who could not arrive for whatever reason, know that we had an excellent time and you lose it. And as always we thank God for that opportunities that he bring to us 🙏.

Here are some photos and videos that best explains how was the action. I hope you like it 🙂.
