Parque del Norte de Hatillo…, Excellent weather again, and great friends and pilots from the Team Kamikazes Paramotor Puerto Rico family gathered for the activity.

Today was a memorable day for many. We begin by indicating that for this activity. Pablo Cruz and his wife Millie took on the task of preparing “alcapurrias” for everyone present at the activity. Not only that, but Millie had prepared the ingredients at home, and Pablo brought the utensils to prepare them in the activity.

They were delicious and everyone ate alcapurrias during the day. Not one left at the end of the day!!! Thanks to Pablo and Millie. We are eternally grateful for your intentions. It only remains to wish many blessings and health to both of you so that you continue to enjoy this life with us 💪🙏!!!

Regarding the activities, we begin by stating that the student/pilot, Roberto Negrón, a native of Barceloneta, made his first “solo” flight today in the Paramotor. He was assisted by Instructor Luis Ruiz and used a SkyMax EOS100 Paramotor and an Apco Thrust paraglider. Both its takeoff and landing were very good. CONGRATULATIONS Roberto, we hope it will be the first of many more 💪💪💪…

Meanwhile, Eric Román, launching his new ParaJet Maverick Pro, made his second flight in his history. At the moment he is using the soft Apco Thrust. His takeoff and landings were very good. His sporty Ozone Speedster 3 paraglider has already arrived, but this is a story for other time, when Eric eventually gets ready for that…

In the meantime, It was very nice to see Ariel and Derick, who in the past few weeks had not been able to share with us due to work commitments. And there they were back, ready for adventure.

Early in the morning pilots flying were, Pablo, David (doing some acro stunts), Dave, Roberto Nieves, Sammy, Alberto, Ian and Derick, while Ariel stayed with Kenneth and Noah fishing in the river…, Hermes had unexpected problems in the morning and decide not to fly in the day, but were sharing in the activity with the family.

At around noon, the pilots, Dave, David, Roberto Nieves, Ian Darrell and Derick, left in a “cross” flight in the direction of the Colon Statue, which is located between Arecibo and Barceloneta. All very well in their flights and taking advantage of excellent wind conditions throughout the route.

Luis Ruiz kept teaching Roberto Negrón, Eric Harthman and Eric Román at the school prior to their flights, and a new student arrived, Gregoire Bobo, a native of France. He has some experience in paragliding flights and there he was formally beginning his first practices to fly in Paramotor. Eric Harthman is showing great progress, some details and to the air too…

Between meals of alcapurrias, and healthy sharing, we began to fill the house with people interested in sports and in the afternoon some demo flights were held for these people who seek to enter sports. David Garber was in charge of most of the Demo flights that were run. All very happy for their experiences.

Demo Flights, here comes new Students!!!

Ariel, once he finished fishing in the river (we don’t know if he managed to catch anything …), he went to fly around, while Derick stayed practicing with his paraglider in the practice area.

At the end of the afternoon, David and Derick ended up taking a high flight, where they took advantage of the low height of the clouds to caress them for a brief moment.

It was another spectacular day, full of experiences and adventures from each of the pilots present. Thank you all for attending and again to Pablo and Millie for their details. Blessings 🙏!!!
